It took reading one sentence from one girl's blog for me to realize this startling conclusion: 

Why the FUCK am I so down on myself?  I'm a fucking GREAT person!

    YAYEE! Usually I'm inadvertantly pissing everyone off, it's a welcome and pleasant surprise to find out that I have made someone's day a little brighter! And yes, you are a fucking great person. I don't you, of course, but anyone who uses the word fucking to describe themself is by definition a fucking great person.
